Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Shipping Method:

We have partnered with FedEx as our primary logistics provider to ensure the safe and swift delivery of your orders.

Order Processing Time:

Under normal circumstances, we will complete the order processing within 2 business days after receiving your order. For example, if you place an order on November 5th, we will ensure that it is shipped by November 8th.

  1. Shipping Schedule: After processing, we will immediately arrange for FedEx to handle the shipment. Please note that if the processing period includes weekends or public holidays, the shipping schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

  2. Shipping Time:Domestic Shipping: Based on FedEx's standard service, most orders within the United States are expected to be delivered within 1-5 business days after shipping

  3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the FedEx tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your order in real-time.

  4. Holiday Arrangements: Please be aware that holidays may cause delays in shipping and delivery. We will do our best to schedule shipments around holidays, but we cannot guarantee the same shipping times as on regular business days.

Return Policy:

 If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we offer a 30-day return policy for no reason. For details on our return policy, please refer to our return policy page.
